Company TRS SWISS PRODUCTION is one of the European leaders in remanufacturing of the toner cartridges for laser printers. The head office is in Switzerland TRS AG, with 20 years of experience in production of remanufactured toner cartridges and distribution in over 60 countries worldwide.
Production
Our production site in Novi Sad, Serbia is one of the largest and most modern in Europe. With a floor area of over 10,000 m2, with state-of-the-art production lines, our specially trained technical staffs ensure we maintain and surpass the highest of all the industry standards. In production we use only original toner cartridges, once used (virgin cartridges), exchanging every worn or broken part and replacing them with new components. Thanks to this unique process, laser ... toner cartridges are produced with very high print capacity that can exceed those of the original product in many cases. Before packaging every toner cartridge is comprehensively inspected for quality and functionality. This includes a print image test to check density, gray scales, edge sharpness, yield for which every cartridge prints five to seven
pages. In parallel with this, we constantly perform long-term tests that cover the entire print capacity of our toner cartridges. We produce 60.000 cartridges every month in range of 250 models. When our customers purchase our products, they have high expectations, with spiraling transportation costs etc, we naturally aspire to help reduce these costs by producing high quality, well packaged products, which not only helps our customers and our operating costs, but essentially helps our environment.
Development
The main goal of TRS SWISS PRODUCTION Development is to find out which components have to be used in the production of every new product, so it can match the quality of OEMs cartridges that new product has to be compatible with. The printer manufacturers use technical innovations in an attempt to prevent remanufacturers from competing at all, which makes this task even harder.
Private labeling
The price of our products compare favorably to competing name brands while also enabling both the
manufacturer and the retailer to make money, which is another important component of successful private label manufacturing. Rather than competing directly with much larger companies and incurring the related advertising expenses, retailers can grow by marketing our products with their own brand.
Since all of the TRS SWISS PRODUCTION products can be manufactured on a tight schedule while maintaining high quality standards, reliability and on-time delivery, we are able to offer to our customers the possibility to determine the packaging design of toner cartridges, based on their own marketing needs.
Quality
We challenge our production to a strict code of quality management. The efficiency of our manufacturing process is always constantly improving, which raises the bar on the quality of our products.
ISO Standards
TRS SWISS PRODUCTION meets all of the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
The ISO 9001 defines a proven quality management system, where a business must show its competence to follow a quality procedure and deliver constantly high quality products.
The focal point of the ISO 14001 lies on a continuous improvement process to the accomplishment of defined objectives and the regard to the ecology achievements of the business.
DIN 33870
DIN 33870 regulates the process by which used toner modules are prepared and inspected. The standard has created the first uniform requirements for the remanufacturing of laser printer cartridges and offers the consumer objective, verifiable and reliable information for product selection.
TRS SWISS PRODUCTION produces cartridges that consistently meet all requirements of DIN 33870 what is more, we exceed them.
