i. Some clients may name articles according to their purpose of usage so they name it differently than the actual name of the article so we may need a few days to understand the exact requirement of the client with the 100% accuracy.
There may be immediate requirement, may be reqmt.of a new article which is not in RFP, many more.
ii. We respond to these issues instantly.

iv. Electronic Procurement: Presently do not have, we work with email and fax for requisitions of our customers requirements. But we wish to implement/adapt all the required softwares, procedures, methods to meet our valued customers expectations.
