Following about 14 years operation, the company was incorporated in 1993 as a Limited Company in Hong Kong, named Ringsun Industrial Ltd. The company operates from our Hong Kong headquarter with stand-alone R&D and manufacturing operation in Shenzhen, China. Ringsun engages in product development, manufacturing and sales of electronic-controlled office equipments and consumer hand-tools through OEM/ODM & at own brands. Our Shenzhen plant consists of total shop floor area of about 10,000 square metres. With direct workforce of 600 people, and with vertical integrated facilities, the factory is rolling out electronic consumer products for major international renowned clients at proprietary brand names in USA, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Japan, and other countries. Our current annual pr ...oduction capacity is in excess of 2,000,000 units.
Manufacturing capability start from mould making, metal stamping, plastic injection, PCBA, to final assembly. Quality assurance start from mould making with precision measurement, reliability and life test as to final quality inspection to ensuring product dispatched meeting with most stringent International Standards.
Focused efforts in product development and quality control result in continual company growth in the recent years.
The stringent quality management system in place, and closed loop process technique applied brought quality products to our customers. Since Y2K, as an endorsement of our quality system, we acquired the ISO9001 certification from TUV, which further verified our quality systems in manufacturing, and R&D. Excellence in quality are coupled with major international safety certifications (e.g. UL, FCC, cUL, GS, CE, etc.), which meet product safety requirements in North America, Europe, and Asia.
Electronic consumer products in area of intellectual stationery are developed and marketed overseas with proprietary brand names under OEM/ODM. Many of these products are now available in the American and European retail markets that bring comfort to end-users at workplace and at home. Read more
